The Seller agrees to pay for deed preparation, the conveyance fee, proration of real estate taxes based on current valuation (no CAUV recoupment paid by Seller) Lot split fees,  Title Search and Title Insurance Policy, Survey cost as needed for each parcel. Each parcel will be sold by the acre with the final purchase amount determined by the survey and legal descriptions.
