** Due the complexity of this home salvage sale, the pick-up date posted in each individual description is the only available time to remove that particular item. There will not be any labor assistance available. There will be no electric on site so please bring the proper tools, enough help, equipment, trailers, ladders, machines etc.. The hours for removal will be from (no earlier than) 9am each day and (no later than) 6pm each day. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT if you feel you need all day that you arrive at 9am. Unfortunately no one can come back the next day to finish up as we have other bidders to consider that will arrive the following day. All participants in the removal process will be required to sign a Liability Release form.
