TERMS:

1. BE SURE to have your contact information attached to your bidder account including name, valid phone, address & email as well as a valid credit card for payments. If your information needs updated, go to your dashboard (in upper right corner of screen) and edit your profile. We may need to contact you regarding pickup issues, shipping or transfers. It is your responsibility to have current valid information. If we cannot communicate with you after an auction, your bidding privileges will be revoked.  Questions? Just call Shaun before the auction ends.
2. All invoices must be paid in full by end of pickup before we leave the home.
3. All Sales Are Final
4. Pay by Credit Card online ONLY through your dashboard. We charge no extra credit card fees. Please pre-pay. Only exact cash will be accepted onsite.  We do not accept checks.
5.  Pickup time & date are non negotiable. Items will only be available for pickup during this one date & time unless you choose transfer or shipping. All invoices must be paid and items removed before end of pick-up
6. Bidder is responsible for payment in full on all items won. If you fail to pay by end of stated time you items must be left as abandoned and will NOT be retrievable. Your account will be suspended until payment is made.
7. PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide labor, tools, equipment or packing materials when removing items from the home. Be prepared. If you are removing heavy items from the home, you agree to be responsible for your actions & agree to hold harmless the auction company, associates or seller.
8. Please maintain 6 feet distance between you and other people at the pickup site.
9. Auction Writer reserves the right to bid.

TRANSFER TO AUCTION OHIO WAREHOUSE FOR 7 DAY PICKUP OPTION

• PLEASE REVIEW LOT DETAILS FOR TRANSFER FEES ON ANY ITEM BEFORE COMMITTING TO BID.  
• If you paid already but now need the items transferred to the warehouse, just call Shaun BEFORE PICKUP ENDS.
• If you fail to pickup and haven't agreed to transfer terms, we must leave your item as abandoned.
• Alternate pickup is only for items listed with a transfer fee. If the item is listed without a transfer fee or N/A, the item is NOT available for transfer or shipping.
• Transfer fees are located under LOT DETAILS tab of each item.
• Transfer fees based on size, weight & fragility as well as distance from warehouse.
• Transfer fees are per lot purchased.
• Transfer fees are non negotiable. If you bid and request transfer, you are agreeing to the fees associated.
• All items must be paid in full before we leave the seller by end of pickup or we cannot transfer your item.
• Review alternate pickup location, date and time. You will have 7 days to retrieve your purchases during normal warehouse hours.
• If you fail to retrieve your items within 7 days of alt pickup time, your items will be donated with no reimbursement.  
• CUSTOMER AGREES TO TRANSFER FEES ON LARGE / CUSTOM ITEMS IF ITEM IS DONATED.

NATIONWIDE SHIPPING TO YOUR DOOR

• Payment must be made on pickup day BEFORE WE LEAVE THE HOME at 7pm on Wednesday.
•  YOU MUST SAVE A VALID Credit Card on file with Auction Ohio to qualify for shipping.
• When you pay just request shipping and pay the total due.
• If you are new to our auctions, you may be requested to provide a valid identification matching the credit card on file before we ship. We will contact you within 24 hours of auctions end to communicate where to text your identification.
• Once the item is back to the shipping department, we will safely package your items for shipping.
• We strive to have all items packaged and sent to the postal company within 24 hours.
• Once we have the transfer fees & shipping total, we will apply the charges to the credit card on file that you paid your total with and send you a paid in full receipt with details of the transaction.
• All items are shipped with tracking, and will be fully insured for your original purchase price.
• We will ship to the address on file.
• Some Larger items are available for transfer to warehouse or shipping but other fees like freight charges/special packing will apply. If you wish to transfer a large item, you must call Shaun @ 614-581-1139 to schedule at least 24hrs before pickup.

CHARGES FOR SHIPPING INCLUDE -

• The ALTERNATE PICKUP FEE(s) associated with your lot(s) are charged for each item and will cover delivering your items to the shipping department.  If you purchase more than one lot, expect to pay a transfer fee for each lot.
• A $10 handling fee per regular sized packages will be charged to box your items and deliver to postal service. We will combine lots as safely as possible.
• Larger items or glass/ceramics will cost more to safely package.
• You also will pay actual shipping charges per package shipped.
• Please call with any questions before you bid.  
• You are responsible for all shipping & handling fees once shipping has been initiated.

DONATIONS:

Oliver's Auctions allows most items to be donated however, If you donate an item listed with a Custom Transfer Fee, (i.e. large, bulky items) or an item marked as NO TRANSFER or N/A, you will pay the transfer / donate fee to cover the labor in safely removing the item from the home. If the item is BIG, check the LOT DETAILS before donating. You will be responsible for these fees.  N/A item Fees start at $75.00 per man per item unless otherwise marked.  If an item takes 2 men to move, the fee would be a minimum of $100.00 per item.  If you have any questions, please call Shaun before deciding to donate.

• PLEASE PAY AND REQUEST TRANSFER OR SHIPPING BEFORE PICKUP STARTS SO WE CAN PACKAGE YOUR ITEMS UP DURING THE PICKUP.
• IF YOU ARE REMOVING BIG ITEMS OR A LARGE QUANTITY OF ITEMS, MAKE SURE YOU  SHOW UP WITH ENOUGH TIME TO REMOVE BEFORE THE END OF PICKUP AT 4PM.  
• BRING YOUR TOOLS, EQUIPMENT AND LABOR TO REMOVE BIG ITEMS.  PLEASE NOTE LOCATION LISTED ON EACH ITEM.
