7 DAY FULL REFUND GUARANTEE- This statement is placed in the description of certain lots. This guarantee covers any issue found that was not described/pictured in the lot. Please read lot descriptions carefully and bid responsibly. The refund period begins on the day of the auction “Pickup Date & Time” listed at the top of page 1 of the auction. The refund period ends on the 7th day after the set “Pickup Date & Time”. There are NO exceptions for refunds once the 7 days has past.

ITEM SOLD AS IS- This statement is placed in the description of certain lots. This means that it is the bidder's responsibility to preview and inspect the item prior to bidding. The item is being sold as it is and in its current condition. There will be no refunds given for any reason.

PAID 7 DAY ALTERNATE PICK-UP- This statement is placed in the description of certain lots. Paid 7 day alternate pick-up holds your item at our facility (1635 Feddern Ave) for pickup anytime Mondays-Fridays from 10am-8pm and Saturdays from 10am-3pm. There is a custom alternate pickup fee for each item. The fee amount can be seen on the individual lot screen under “Lot Details”.

CONDITION OF ITEMS

NEW IN PACKAGE - Item is brand new and in its original package.

NEW IN PACKAGE-DAMAGE TO PACKAGE - Item is brand new but the packaging has some damage.

NEW IN PACKAGE-MINOR DAMAGE TO ITEM - Item is brand new but has some damage.

NEW BUT NO PACKAGE - Item is brand new but the packaging is not included. It may have been removed or never existed.

OPEN PACKAGE - Item shows signs of being opened. Exact condition of the item is unknown. Item has not been inspected but is assumed to function as intended (unless stated otherwise).

NO PACKAGE - Item has no packaging. Exact condition of the item is unknown. Item has not been inspected but is assumed to function as intended (unless stated otherwise).
