Items need to be removed from the home by 6:00 pm. Please bring appropriate help to load items. WE WILL NOT have help onsite to help with loading. (Unless stated in the description.) Refunds WILL NOT be given due to not being prepared to remove your items or pick up during the pick up window. Please bring packing materials and boxes to pack/carry items. Please consider photos as part of the description and condition.  Payment is Credit Card or Cash with exact change only.  We will not make change. Items will only be available during scheduled pick up hours for On-site pick ups. Items that are not picked up during the pick up window will be considered abandoned with no refund.
