Bring your boxes and packing materials & be prepared to move large items with your labor and tools.

Parking is available in the driveway. Please always be mindful of the neighbors and do not block mailboxes, driveways or park in peoples grass.

TRANSFER to the AUCTION OHIO WAREHOUSE with the 7-DAY PICKUP OPTION

  • PLEASE REVIEW EACH LOT FOR TRANSFER FEES BEFORE COMMITTING TO BID.
  • You must choose "transfer" at checkout if you wish us to transfer your item(s).  We donate all items that are paid for but not picked up unless you've agreed to the transfer terms.
  • Transfer fees are non-negotiable. If you bid and request the transfer, you are agreeing to the fees associated.
  • All items that have been paid and marked transfer, will be moved to Auction Ohio Warehouse at 7461 Worthington Galena Rd, Worthington, OH 43085 by the alternate pickup date and time listed in this auction. 
  • You will have 7 days to retrieve your purchases starting from the alternate pickup date, during normal warehouse hours. All items not picked up during the scheduled pick up or the alternate pick up are forfeited and remain the property of the seller and may be relisted at the seller's discretion.
  • Transfer fees are based on the distance from the warehouse, size, weight & fragility.
  • If you paid already but now, need the items transferred to the warehouse, call Shaun BEFORE PICKUP ENDS to see if we can transfer them.
  • If the item is DONATED with a listed transfer fee larger than $10.00 or it is NOT available for transfer or shipping, you will be charged the transfer fee to cover the labor in donating / removing the item(s) from the home.

NATIONWIDE SHIPPING TO YOUR DOOR

  • Choose Shipping at checkout and pay the invoice total (without shipping fees)
  • Shipping fees will be billed once the item(s) have been packaged and we know the shipping totals.
  • If you are new to Oliver's Auctions, you may be requested to provide a photo of a valid I.D. matching your information on file before we will ship.  Make sure your email and phone number are current so we can contact you!
  • We will contact you within 24 hours of the end of the auction to communicate where to text your identification.
  • Once the item is back to the shipping department, we will safely package your items for shipping.  If your items can be shipped in a box safely, we will package them together.
  • We strive to have all items packaged and sent to the postal company within 24 hours.
  • Once we have completed boxing the package, we will bill your card on file and send a receipt for shipping charges. 
  • By requesting shipping, you authorize this charge.  
  • We will send a detailed receipt once payment is complete.
  • All items are shipped with tracking and will be fully insured for your original purchase price.
  • We will only ship to the address listed on file.
  • Some Larger items are available for transfer to the warehouse or shipping, other fees like freight charges/special packing may apply. If you wish to transfer a large item, you must call Shaun @ 614-581-1139 to schedule by Noon the day of pick up so we can prepare.  It is your responsibility once the item is delivered to the warehouse.  You can use a company like uShip.com to have the item shipped. It doesn't hurt to call us before you win with any questions. 

CHARGES FOR SHIPPING INCLUDE -

  • The TRANSFER FEE(s) associated with your lot(s) are charged for each item you win and will cover delivering your items to the shipping department.  If you purchase more than one lot, expect to pay a transfer fee for each lot.
  • The Shipper charges a $10 handling fee per box packed will be charged to package your won items and deliver them to the postal service. We will combine lots as safely as possible.
  • Larger items or glass/ceramics will cost more to safely package.  Fragile items fee can range from $5.00 to $500 depending on fragility and volume.  Call ahead for quotes before bidding.
  • You also will pay actual postal shipping charges per package shipped.
  • Please call with any questions before you bid.  
  • You are responsible for all shipping & handling fees once shipping has been initiated.

Simple Shipping Example:  you won 3 lots, each with a $  2.00  transfer fee.  

  •  $   6.00  transfer fee (3 lots x $2)
  •  $ 10.00  handling boxing fee (if all 3 items can be packaged together)
  •  $   9.77  actual shipping charges
  •  $ 25.77  total shipping cost

 

DONATIONS:

Oliver's Auctions allows items to be donated however, If you donate an item with a transfer fee of over $10.00 or an item marked as NO TRANSFER or N/A, by donating, you are agreeing to pay the labor costs listed in the "transfer" to cover the labor or packing in safely removing the item from the home. Donating items with an N/A (No shipping) fee starts at $75.00 per man per item unless otherwise marked.  If an item takes 2 men to move, the fee would be a minimum of $150.00 per item.  If you have any questions, please call Shaun before deciding to donate.

  • ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED OR A TRANSFER REQUEST MUST BE MADE BEFORE THE END OF PICKUP AT 7 PM 
  • ALL ITEMS LEFT PAID WITHOUT TRANSFER WILL BE DONATED, FEES MAY APPLY (see terms in donations). 
  • ALL ITEMS UNPAID BY THE END OF PICKUP WILL BE LEFT AS ABANDONED AND THE BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT IN FULL.
  • PAY AND REQUEST TRANSFER OR SHIPPING BY NOON, ON PICKUP DAY, SO WE CAN PREPARE FOR PACKAGING YOUR ITEMS.
  • WE LEAVE OUR SELLER'S LOCATION AT 7 PM.  IF YOU ARE REMOVING BIG ITEMS OR A LARGE NUMBER OF ITEMS, MAKE SURE YOU  SHOW UP WITH ENOUGH TIME TO REMOVE BEFORE THE END OF PICKUP AT 7 PM.   IF YOU CAN'T FINISH BY 7 PM, WE ARE AVAILABLE TO WAIT @ $50.00 PER  1/4HR UNTIL YOU LEAVE OUR SELLER'S HOME.
  • BRING YOUR TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, AND LABOR TO REMOVE BIG ITEMS.  PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION LISTED ON EACH ITEM.
