• Buyer's Premium: A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each invoice.
• Sales Tax: No applicable sales tax.
• Item Descriptions: All items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees or warranties. Descriptions and photos are provided for guidance only and may not be exhaustive. Buyers are encouraged to ask questions prior to bidding.
• Pickup & Loading: Buyers are responsible for bringing any necessary tools, moving equipment, and help for large or heavy items.  
• Failure to Pick Up or Communicate: Any items not retrieved during the scheduled pickup window will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be issued.
