• Pickup & Loading: Buyers are responsible for bringing any necessary tools, moving equipment, and help for large or heavy items.  
• Failure to Pick Up or Communicate: Any items not retrieved during the scheduled pickup window will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be issued.
