All bidders are required to inspect their items at the time of pickup, prior to leaving the premises. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure they have received the correct items and that the condition meets their expectations.

We are happy to address and correct any issues; however, all concerns must be brought to our attention before leaving the pickup site so they can be handled immediately. Once a bidder has left the premises, no refunds or adjustments will be made.

We strive for accuracy in every auction, but as humans, occasional mistakes can happen. We are committed to making things right—provided we are given the opportunity to do so on-site at the time of pickup.
