1.   Payment Requirements:

o   Payments must be made online via credit card only. No cash or checks will be accepted.

o   Full payment must be submitted by the end of the stated primary auction pick-up time.

o   If you fail to pay by the deadline, your default card on file will be charged, and a 25-cent swipe fee will be added to your invoice. Failure to arrive during the pick-up time will result in the forfeiture of your purchased items.

2.   Auction Policies:

o   This is an absolute auction with the following fees:

§  15% buyer's premium

§  8% sales tax

o   Alternate pick-up arrangements are available with no additional fees.

3.   Item Conditions:

o   All items are sold as is/where is. Items may be pre-owned, and while we aim to disclose defects, some issues may not be noted or overlooked.

o   Items are sold by a liquidation company handling large volumes weekly; items may not be thoroughly examined.

4.   Item Preview:

o   You may visit the warehouse to inspect items during regular business hours:

§  Appointments are strongly recommended.

5.   Bidding Commitments:
