ONE PICKUP in PICKERINGTON - Sunday, March 22, 12-4 pm. Pickup is at a private residence; items will NOT be shipped or moved to any other location, and must be picked up during the scheduled hours. 

• If you are not able to pick up, please reconsider bidding. If you cannot pick up for ANY reason (illness, car trouble, helpers, work, etc,), you may send someone to get your items or donate them. Either way, you are obligated to pay, and items will be forfeited if they are not picked up.
• Please review descriptions and all photos carefully prior to bidding. All items are sold as-is. 
• No loading assistance is provided, so bring your own help, tools, and supplies to pack, load, move, etc., particularly for large furniture items. House is a one story ranch, but some items are located in the lower level basement / family room area. Large furniture is on first floor.
• Street parking is available, but is tight (it is a divided street). Driveway is reserved for loading large or many items. Please do not block neighbors' driveways or mailboxes, or park on any lawns.
