We are excited for you to join us for this Online Auction. We are Estate Valet located in Galena/Sunbury and we strive to provide a positive auction experience for both our sellers and our bidders. To achieve this we make sure to take quality photographs, detailed descriptions (as needed), and excellent customer service. Below are a few terms to highlight for this sale.

This auction is located "on site" and NOT at the Auction Ohio or Galena Warehouses.
Pick up ends promptly at 6:00pm. We will need to leave promptly due to childcare. Please allow adequate time and bring proper tools to disassemble (as needed), pack, and load items. Items need to be removed from the home by 6:00 pm.
Please bring appropriate help to load items. To ensure we have a quick and efficient pick up, we WILL NOT have help onsite to help with loading. (Unless stated in the description.)
Refunds WILL NOT be given due to not being prepared to remove your items or pick up during the pick up window.
Please bring packing materials and boxes to pack/carry items.
Please consider photos as part of the description and condition.
This Auction includes a 15% Buyers Premium.
Items listed as "Untested" are truly untested and sold as-is.
Payment is Credit Card, Local Checks and Cash is accepted (with exact change).
Items will only be available during scheduled pick up hours for On-site pick ups. (Items that are not picked up during the pick up window will be considered abandoned unless we have been notified prior to the conclusion of the pick up)
