📦 Shipping

• Shipping IS available - Call auctioneer if you are inquiring items that you would like shipped to get approved

• No shipping on large, heavy, or bulky items. If you have a question on whether a lot can, be shipped, you must confirm with us before bidding.

• Shipping charges will be the cost + $10 handling fee per customer. We pack carefully but cannot guarantee condition in transit.

Additional Terms for Coins & Jewelry

Please note: Coins and jewelry will not be available for viewing at the pickup location until the scheduled pickup time. These items are securely stored off-site for safety purposes and will be brought to the pickup location only for the winning bidders. If you would like to review these items, please contact auctioneer directly. 

All coins and jewelry are sold as-is and as described. Bidders are responsible for reviewing photos and descriptions carefully prior to bidding. No returns or adjustments will be made after the auction closes. 

📍 Pick-Up Required

• All other lots must be picked up during the designated pick-up time.

• Nothing may be left behind — all items in your winning lot must be taken.

• You are responsible for bringing your own help, containers, and supplies. Auction staff will not assist with lifting, loading, or packing.

📆 Alternative Pick-Up

• Please call auctioneer directly for alternative pick-ups available for this auction. REQUIRED TO BE WITHIN 7 DAYS. Buyer is responsible for setting up. Invoice MUST be paid by end of auction pick up time. Set up alternate pick up prior to auction ending is required. 

💳 Payment

• Payment is required in full by the scheduled pick-up time.

• Unpaid invoices will be charged to the card on file after the pick-up window ends.

• Accepted payment: Cash, Check (if known to us), or Credit Card (online or in-person).

• All items are sold As-Is, Where-Is with no guarantees.

• Descriptions are provided to the best of our ability, especially for vintage and historical items. Please carefully review all photos and ask questions before bidding.

• Once you place a bid, you are bidding with your own knowledge and agreement to these terms.
