Payment must be made in full by 6:00 PM on the first day of pickup.

Cash, cashier's check, or business checks accepted.  If payment is made by check or cashier's check title will be released when the funds clear.  No Exceptions.

No sales tax.

Drive around to the rear of the building. Walk up to the last drive-up ramp and check in with staff.

All Sales are Final.

All Property is Offered "As Is".

Absolute Auction

Auction Ohio Firm Manager is licensed by the Ohio Department of Agriculture and is bonded in favor of the State of Ohio. An aggrieved person may initiate a claim against the auction recovery fund created in Section 4707.25 of the Revised Code as a result of the licensee’s actions.

You are welcome to come into the warehouse during normal business hours Monday-Friday, 10:00 - 6:00 to view/examine any item. (Appointments to do so are strongly suggested).
