  💲 Transfer Fees:

  • Fees apply only if you choose the alternate pickup option.

  • Transfer fees vary by item and are listed under the "Details" section of each lot.

  • To view fees: Click on the lot image > Scroll down to details.

  • Note: Some large items cannot be transferred.

  • Transfer fees are non-negotiable and charged per item.

  • Large or fragile items have higher fees due to handling and transport costs.

  • We guarantee safe transfer/shipping of all items.

  • During checkout, you must choose either Pickup or Transfer.

  • Applicable fees will be automatically added to your invoice.

  • Payment must be completed by 6:30 PM on the day of checkout.

  • You have 7 days to collect items from the Alternate Pickup location.
    Items not removed by the deadline will be forfeited and donated.

  • For large item pickups, bring your own labor, tools, and equipment to safely remove items from the property.
