This Auction is located in Chillicothe Ohio. Hello Everyone!! This is Troy and Sandy. This event has been moved from an old barn in  Tarlton Ohio to Chillicothe. Some of this has been stored for years. This is not huge event but we do have some very nice stuff here!! We believe that some of these items are amish made from years ago. Some furniture has dow pin hinges. We have Vintage and Antique Furniture, Troy Built Self Propelled Roto Tiller, art work, antiques and collectibles, wooden crates, feed sacks, kitchen cabinets, and so much more. Check It Out!! This is a one day pickup only, if you can not be there please do not bid, NO SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE DO NOT ASK!!  If more information is needed please call Troy at 740-703-5290. Please bring plenty of help for loading your items, none will by provided. We have explained the condition of the items to the best of our ability, please view all the pictures, no warranty is given of any kind, everything is selling as is, you are determining the value of any item bid on.  IF NO established contact is made with us prior to the end of the pickup, bidders credit card on file will be charged and items will be considered forfeited/donated. You will not be intitled to your stuff if you missed the pick up. If your credit card is invalid or transaction is declined for any reason your bidders number will be locked out and you could permanently loose your bidding privileges. If you have changed your contact information/phone number,  it is YOUR responsibility to update that information!!

Our office is located in Chillicothe Ohio.  We are not affiliated with the Worthington Ohio Office and do not transport items there.  By bidding on this auction, you agree to pickup your purchase at our location.  Most of our events are at our sellers home or place of business, this address will change.  We do not ship, haul, transport or deliver any items.  99% of people that attend our pickups are honest but, items get moved and misplaced.  Once an item is given to you by the runner/auction staff, it belongs to you.  It becomes your responsibility at that time to manage your items.  Take it to you vehicle.  Items lost, broken or misplaced at the pickup while in you possession are your responsibility.

This is a ONE DAY PICKUP, NO EXCEPTION!  DO NOT ASK!  If you can not be there on this day DO NOT BID!! Buyers premium is 15%, by bidding on this auction you agree that your card on file will be charged if you fail to pay your invoice prior to the end of the pickup time.  It is the bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, value, or any other factor. Please view all the pictures. We will attempt to provide as much information as possible but, that information is in no way a Guarantee. All items are being sold as is, where is.   Auction Ohio and its affiliates make no representation of an items value.  Bidder shall be the soul judge of value. Please bring your patience, sometimes we are just busy.  Please be on time, nothing is worst than you being an hour late for the pickup. Please bring plenty of help.  NO HELP will be provided in removing furniture, or packing items, we are extremely busy and just do not have the time.
