Any lots not paid for per the Auctioneer and/or Auction Firm’s Terms and Conditions will be forfeited. At their sole and absolute discretion, Auction Ohio’s Affiliate Auctioneers and/or Auction Companies may resell the items or donate them to a charity of Auction Ohio’s Affiliate Auctioneers and/or Auction Companies' choosing.
