Buyer’s Premium:
A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to all winning bids.

Sales Tax:
An 8% sales and use tax will be collected on all purchases, unless a valid exemption certificate is provided.

All items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees, warranties, or returns. Descriptions are believed to be accurate, but no liability for errors or omissions is assumed. Buyers are encouraged to ask questions prior to bidding.

Payment:
Cash, check made payable to “Krysten Stringer, Auctioneer”, or all major credit/debit cards are accepted. 

Pickup & Loading:
Buyers are responsible for pickup, loading, and transport of all items, including bringing any necessary tools, moving equipment, and assistance for heavy or bulky pieces. This auction pickup will take place from a storage warehouse unit, allowing for easy removal.

Failure to Pick Up:
Any items not removed during the scheduled pickup window will be deemed abandoned and may be resold or disposed of at the auctioneer’s discretion. No refunds will be issued.

Licensing:
Krysten Stringer (License #2023000031) is licensed by the Ohio Department of Agriculture and bonded in favor of the State of Ohio. An aggrieved person may initiate a claim against the auctioneer’s bond in accordance with Section 4707.25 of the Ohio Revised Code as a result of the licensee’s actions.
