NO PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT PICKUP. ALL INVOICES WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE AT BY THE END OF THE AUCTION TIME.
NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE! NO LOADING ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE!!
Any items not picked up during pick up day/time will be deemed forfeited. At sole discretion of Auctioneer- alternative pick up fee of $50 will be applied to items not picked up during the scheduled time. - (Not all sales / items will be able to have alternative pick up arranged). All items must be loaded by the end of the pickup time.
PAYMENT TERMS:
A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to each lot.
Successful bidders will be emailed after the closing of the auction. Your invoice will have the pickup address on it!!
All unpaid invoices will be charged to the credit card on file by the end of the auction time unless you have made other arrangements with us in advance.
Please go to check in to start the pickup process. Please leave the door area and driveway clear so buyers already checked-in can pick-up/load their purchases.
***Note: Our staff will NOT be available to help you load your purchases. Be prepared for your purchases – bring boxes, packing materials, loading help and/or equipment and/or tools.***
You may be required to present your ID at pickup. You will be required to sign for your purchases. If you are sending a proxy, they must provide proof of purchase that can be verified by our staff and must be prepaid. Communication with the office prior to pickup is appreciated.
