Auction Ohio Firm Manager is licensed by the Ohio Department of Agriculture and is bonded in favor of the State of Ohio. An aggrieved person may initiate a claim against the auction recovery fund created in Section 4707.25 of the Revised Code as a result of the licensee’s actions.

We are a liquidation company that sells hundreds of items on a weekly basis, and again, items may not be thoroughly examined and again, sold as is.

You are welcome to come into the warehouse during normal business hours Monday-Friday, 10:00 - 6:00 to view/examine any item. (Appointments to do so are strongly suggested).
