1. Payment Requirements:
Payments must be made online via credit card only. No cash or checks will be accepted.
Full payment must be submitted by the end of the stated primary auction pick-up time.
If you fail to pay by the deadline, your default card on file will be charged. Failure to arrive during the pick-up time will result in the forfeiture of your purchased items.
2. Auction Policies:
This is a with-reserve auction with the following fees:

3. Item Conditions:
All items are sold AS IS / WHERE IS. Items may be pre-owned, and while we aim to disclose defects, some issues may not be noted or overlooked.
Please do your own research on items as we cannot possibly be experts on everything. We do the best we can to accurately call out and describe items.
Items are sold by a liquidation company handling large volumes weekly; items may not be thoroughly examined.

6. Liability Waiver & Forfeiture Policy:
Auction Ohio is not liable for any personal injury or property damage resulting from the use, handling, or modification of purchased items.
Auction Ohio will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits or goodwill

Loss-of-use damages

Additional expense
If you fail to pay for your auction lots or do not pick them up within the designated time frame, the items will be considered forfeited. This means you relinquish your ownership rights to these items, and no refunds or credits will be issued for payments already made.
Once an item is forfeited, Auction Ohio and its affiliate auctioneers retain full discretion to determine the next course of action for the unclaimed items. They may choose to:

Resell the items in a future auction

Donate the items to a charitable organization of their choosing
$100 Removal Fee:
Any item not picked up during the scheduled pick-up time—whether left behind in a lot, partially taken, or fully abandoned—will incur a $50 removal and disposal fee per lot, charged to the card on file. This fee covers labor and disposal costs for clearing out leftover items and ensuring proper lot turnover.
Failing to pay for items you have won in the auction is considered a breach of the auction’s terms and conditions. Consequences include:

Suspension of bidding privileges: Temporarily preventing you from participating in upcoming auctions.

Revocation of bidding privileges: Permanent prohibition from bidding in any Auction Ohio events.
To avoid forfeiture and penalties, ensure that:

Payments are made in full before the specified pick-up period ends.

You collect your items during the designated pick-up time or make alternate arrangements in advance.
