• NOTE: The transfer fees are only applicable if you choose alt transfer. 
• The fees are located on each lot under details.  Click on the lot picture to enlarge and scroll down into details.  Alternate pickup fees will be charged for each item we move.  Fees are non-negotiable. 
• NOTE: Large and fragile items have higher fees because they cost us more to move.  We guarantee items will be transferred/shipped safely.
• When you pay, IF YOU CHOOSE TRANSFER OR SHIPPING, YOU must activate the option AT CHECKOUT by choosing the alternate pickup option or if you have already paid but now need transfer, contact SHAUN at 614-581-1139 before the end of the pickup.  The fees will be automatically added to your invoice.  Then pay before 6:30 pm, and your purchases will be available on Monday July 7, 10-6 pm at the alt pickup.
• Buyers will have 7 days to remove items from the Alt Pickup location.  Items not removed by the end of the grace period will be forfeited/donated.
• IF YOU ARE PURCHASING LARGE ITEMS. PLEASE BRING LABORERS, TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT TO SAFELY REMOVE THE ITEMS FROM THE HOME.  YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO WALLS OR HARDWOOD FLOORS.
