Payment
Payment is due in full at the conclusion of the auction. Accepted forms of payment include cash, approved check, and all major credit/debit cards. Credit/debit cards on file will be automatically charged at auction close. -
Pickup & Removal

Please be prepared with packing materials and boxes for removing small items.
- Loading Equipment: Only one pallet jack will be available onsite for shared bidder use. No forklift will be available. Buyers are required to bring their own tools, equipment, dollies, labor, and vehicles necessary to safely remove their purchases. Auction staff will not provide loading or lifting assistance.
- Shipping & Warehouse Transfers
If you cannot attend pickup, please call or text 614-956-6589 to request transfers/shipping of SMALLER items. Condition of Items
All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Descriptions and photos are provided for guidance only; buyers are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding. -
Hold Harmless Agreement
By registering and bidding, buyers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Auctioneer, Seller, and staff from any and all damages, injuries, claims, or losses that may occur during preview, pickup, or removal. Buyers assume full responsibility for the safe handling, transport, and removal of their purchases. -
Bidding
All bids are binding and final. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid or bidder at their discretion. -
Abandonment
Items not paid for or removed within the stated timeframe will be considered abandoned. Ownership reverts to the Seller, who may resell or dispose of the property without refund.
