Bidding: Once placed, bids cannot be retracted. Bidders are responsible for knowing which items they are bidding on.

Pickup & Loading: Buyers are responsible for bringing any necessary tools, moving equipment, and help for large or heavy items. Auction staff will not assist with loading.

Failure to Pick Up: Any items not retrieved during the scheduled pickup window will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be issued.
