NO PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT PICKUP. ALL INVOICES WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE AT BY THE END OF THE AUCTION TIME.

Buyers will pay a flat $35 fee on each unit in addition to the Final Bid price + 15% Buyer’s Premium Successful bidders will be emailed after closing of the auction. Please pay your invoice online using your AO account immediately. NO checks will be accepted. Then contact AAA Self Storage at 330-966-7867 to coordinate your pick up on May 30th . Buyers will pay $100 CASH ONLY as a clean out deposit to AAA Self Storage at pickup. Deposit will be refunded by Self Storage once the unit is verified as cleaned out. The individuals listed can settle their account and the lot will be withdrawn at any time prior to the close of the sale. Therefore, any lot may be pulled from the auction without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that may cause. The individuals listed in each lot may not bid on or buy the lot. In accordance with Ohio Lien Law – Title 53 Chapter 5322.
