The home has been sold. There will be no return access after pickup day. Everything must go. If you cannot arrive during the designated pickup window, please do not bid.
There will be no movers, no delivery, and no warehouse transfer option available for this auction. You must bring your own help, along with boxes, packing materials, and tools needed for disassembly or loading.
Pickup will be held from the garage and driveway areas only, and there will be only one staff person onsite to assist with questions and check-out.
