This Auction is located in Chillicothe Ohio , Pleasant Valley area of Ross County. Hello everyone, this is Troy and Sandy and we have an awesome event today for you!! This is Tools, Tools, Tools!!!  Everything in this event are coming out of the Garage!!  Home is sold , everything must go, including Riding Mower, Pressure Washer, Air Compressor, Yard Tools, Hand Tools, Shop Tools, Tool Boxes, Kitchen Cabinets, Garage Refrigerator, and some furniture!! This will be a one day pick up only. Everything is in the Garage for an easy pickup!! No other pick up date is available. Bring any help you will need to remove furniture or you pack you remove items. Street is a one lane road, driveway is narrow, getting in to the driveway will be tricky. Please no over size vehicles or trailers. Be mindful of blocking others driveways and the street, parking will be a bear!!  If more information is needed please call Troy at 740-703-5290. Please bring plenty of help for loading your items, none will by provided. We have explained the condition of the items to the best of our ability, please view all the pictures, no warranty is given of any kind, everything is selling as is.

Our office is located in Chillicothe Ohio.  We are not affiliated with the Worthington Ohio Office and do not transport items there.  By bidding on this auction, you agree to pickup your purchase at our location.  Most of our events are at our sellers home or place of business, this address will change.  We do not ship, haul, transport or deliver any items.  99% of people that attend our pickups are honest but, items get moved and misplaced.  Once an item is given to you by the runner/auction staff, it belongs to you.  It becomes your responsibility at that time to manage your items.  Take it to you vehicle.  Items lost, broken or misplaced at the pickup while in you possession are your responsibility.

This is a ONE DAY PICKUP, NO EXCEPTION!  DO NOT ASK!  If you can not be there on this day DO NOT BID!! Buyers premium is 15%, by bidding on this auction you agree that your card on file will be charged if you fail to pay your invoice prior to the end of the pickup time.  It is the bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, value, or any other factor. Please view all the pictures. We will attempt to provide as much information as possible but, that information is in no way a Guarantee. Please bring your patience, sometimes we are just busy.  Please be on time, nothing is worst than you being an hour late for the pickup.
