PLEASE NOTE:  AUCTION IS IN A PRIVATE HOME.  

Please note:  you are responsible for removing items yourself.  Please bring help if you need it and packing materials and boxes if needed.

Any items not picked up during pick up day/time will be deemed forfeited.  

Payment Terms:

15% buyers premium will be added to each lot.

Successful bidders will be emailed after the closing of the auction.  Your invoice will have the pickup address on it!!

Please pay your invoice online using your Auction Ohio account immediately and prior to pickup!  Payment at pickup is NOT preferred.  Prepayment of your invoice is expected and appreciated and will speed up the checkout process.

If you must pay at pickup, ABSOLUTELY NO CASH OR CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED!  The use of a credit card will require the credit card name to match the registered bidder's name and you must have a matching ID.

Please do your own research on items as we can not possibly be experts on everything.  We do the best we can to accurately call out and describe items.

Always bring your own boxes and packing materials and be prepared to remove your items from the house yourself as movers will not be on site to help you.  Bring your own labor.

Please always be mindful of the neighbors and do not block mailboxes or driveways. Narrow Driveway and no parking on street, busy road.
