- Pickup Only: Shipping is available by a 3rd party vendor.
- Self-Loading: Please bring assistance, tools, and materials as staff will not be available to help load purchases.
Pickup Details:
All items MUST be picked up during the designated day and time. If pickup is not completed, items WILL be forfeited. ONLY in certain cases, an alternative pickup option may be arranged at the Auctioneer’s discretion for a $35 fee. (Please note: Alternative pickup may not be available for all items or sales.)
Payment Terms
- A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to each lot.
- After the auction closes, successful bidders will receive an email with their invoice and the pickup address.
- Please pay online via your Auction OH account prior to pickup. Prepayment is expected and appreciated as it streamlines the checkout process.
Payment Options at Pickup:
- Preferred: Prepay online before pickup.
- In-person: Only credit cards are accepted at pickup. The cardholder’s name must match the registered bidder’s name, and a matching ID is required.
- No cash or checks are accepted.
- Unpaid invoices will automatically be charged to the credit card on file, as agreed to in AuctionOhio bidding terms, at the close of the pickup window unless prior arrangements are made.
Pickup Guidelines
- Check in with staff upon arrival to start the process.
- Please keep the driveway and door areas clear to allow smooth loading for all buyers.
- Be prepared: Bring boxes, packing materials, tools, and loading assistance.
- An ID may be required at pickup, and you will need to sign for your items.
- If someone is picking up your items on your behalf, they must present proof of purchase, which will be verified by staff. All items must be prepaid if picked up by a proxy.
