Very minor surface rust should clean off nicely.  

Gun cocks and both triggers fire.  Gun disassembled and reassembled correctly.  The Safety seems to operate.  We did not live fire the gun and as always, we suggest a gun professional inspect your weapon before firing.

The winning bidder must provide the owner with a valid Ohio identification.  You must be 21 or older and follow all the rules that the state requires for the transfer of this firearm.  The owner will provide a transfer form and any information obtained will be between the owner and the buyer only. The owner reserves the right to cancel the sale if they are not satisfied with the buyers information, for any reason.
