Buyers will pay a flat $35 fee on each unit in addition to the Final Bid price + 15% Buyer’s Premium.

Buyers will pay $100 CASH ONLY as a clean out deposit to AAA Self Storage at pickup. Deposit will be refunded by AAA Self Storage once the unit is verified as cleaned out.

Pick up will be in Canton, OH Friday, August 29th 9:00am - 12:00pm.
